  • Guest：The only reason to stay at Novotel Bercy is the price. The location is not very good, it is not very central and the area around the hotel does not seem to safe. The check-in was slow. I think they gave me a bad room near the elevator since i booked through C-Trip, a Chinese app. The rooms are not soundproofed, so with i arrived i heard a baby crying next door until midnight. After that the people in the room above mine were often very noisy, it sounded like they were often moving furniture, even at 5am. But the rooms have carpet! So i can't understand the loud sounds. Very bothersome.They don't provide normal pillows, only very short or square pillows. The cleanliness is below average, as i found long hair in the shower. The shower is tiny, and they also have a bathtub which I would never use. The room size for Paris is ok, not bad.The TV is not bad too.
